This was very interesting. I always try to be what I call "diplomatic." I've been learning to be more assertive however. What avoiders don't understand is that they create more damage for themselves than if they simply acknowledged whatever it is they're avoiding. I've had a few of these people in my life, and I would never do business with them again. In personal matters, I will let them go. I had to learn the hard way...
