Hi Karen, Great to see such wonderful things coming out of my homeland! I really like the art approach as I believe therapy is about expression as is art so why not use it as a great tool?

I feel I've just had a session..As an aromatherapist, I used to say,"the body never lies"and time and time again it is true. Thanks for the reminder to check in with the somatics and get the wisdom.
